Homage to oops ?
This is a bit of self-reflection. Not that I have fully read(vetted) or digested to my satisfaction the links above, but I am concerned with the hazzards(mind field) of irony and satire.

The %th EleFont
Not to jump in the Lakoff, but my original heading was The %th Element*. Which was a type-oh or capital gain on taking the 5th. Well, not that far.(But maybe we will see.) The 5th Element was meant as reference to Roman numeral "v" for the sake of my table ofor con tents. But it is still to be determined what page this is.
So with this lede or misspell, it may be prophetic GeOhMeTry. i.e. Seg Way to my original intents.

Format Change
Just as I was about to rearrange my blog a format change has been triggered. As you might note, the link to the title or lede will get you there*, as well as Home under PAGES.
Item 1 as originally intended
Item 2 as previously top of posts and other sources
BLOG ARCHIVE is the most expedient navigation section.
But note E(blogger) box(magnifying glass) < search this blog > box in top left corner, as well as Labels below.
* at this point the default lede link is itself,
At this time I would like to archive two Republican Debates to be viewed later.
And FoxNews. 1-16-12
At some point I may move this page, but for now this will suffice.
There will also be a quibble about whether "Free Enterprise" is on trial, or whether it is Science Friction.**

Technical Difficulties
Anomalies or Synchronicities? By definition they are hard to explain. But there was first the missing link that I referenced here and then the Eli Pariser "bubble" context. Then there is the Wrap(5***) problem* and follow up **.
* in context is biased
** also needs follow-up and labels
*** anomoly (2) / anomaly(1) (W itch Are)
[then there is the Al Gore Rhythm Spell Check problem, and follow ups.]
(note: numbers in (brackets) are links as found in search to check any change in the algorithms C-W r a p(5).)
Note: Psychology Label added, Physics and Philosophy already applied(6), not necessarily used well.
[By Jove I may have it.]
[Speaking of hunches Gingrich may be wit Mitt. He may be making Mitt and others look good, and working the churned media for his own Obamanation.]
Thursday, May 19th, 2011
Technical difficulties is no pun on Speaker Boehner calling the government broke or Ed Schultz calling it broken. Or was it? Given the anomalies and synchronicity theories who knows? But it was about looking at my own modus operandi and then blogspot having its difficulties and Eli Pariser's TED Talk on the Internet. The word follow-up(4) may have popped up and is applicable(2 to insert here).
Friday, May 20th, 2011
Speaking of difficulties, I had to correct yesterday being Friday. I guess I get a second shot. Note Psychology Label added for reasons then above and follow up, references "rational expectations" not to mention talk and guts. (Bush v. Lakoff) Speaking of talk, yesterday's inserts (2 became 3) are economic talks(YouTube) from INETeconomics.org. And a reminder that problem* above is a Koch Brothers spin. And note to self** is still pending* while I might return to Risk and Robustness.
Since it is Friday and I have several posts in draft that relate to this link, I might note that this is still under construction if I ever get back to it. But in this regard I will say that this is the first INET link I watched and have found several others I might recommend that have been imbedded above but will simple list here:

Six-edged Rhetoric.
Not just to continue a theme,(a likely coincidence)
but it involves the dynamics of progress,
and I don't mean the apparently belated addition(see scrollover v. lede).
Six Things Everybody Knows About Deficits ...
That Are Completely Untrue
Which I rephrase as truths:
1.) Current and future spending are not the problem with the defecit, except for paying for our history.
2.) Social Security is not a big deal to fix(separately), but could be impacted by the budget and other decisions.
3.) Austerity and investment are different stories, that both have an impact on the budget and winning the future as well as the now.
4.) Concessions should not be trickle down but incentives should be target up.
5.) Wall Street is not fixed enough to be that big or permanent a part of the solution.
6.) Social Security is not on the same budget table as Medicare and Medicaid and calling them "entitlements" is misleading, and means testing or tax changes [*] could address their impact on our economy.

[In the above footnote I succeeded in not loosing that inspiration, though it was close, but we have lost a very important piece in our power portfolio in Richard Holbrooke, may he rest in peace.]

*** also bowing to someone I include a definition from spin link:
Clausewitz’s trinity comprises three specific elements. The identity of those elements is readily evident to anyone who actually reads the first paragraph of his description: It is "composed of primordial violence, hatred, and enmity, which are to be regarded as a blind natural force; of the play of chance and probability within which the creative spirit is free to roam; and of its element of subordination, as an instrument of policy, which makes it subject to reason...." (emphasis added). This set of elements is usually labeled "emotion/chance/reason"; sometimes "violence/chance & probability/rational calculation"; or, even more abstractly, "irrationality/nonrationality/rationality."It would seem that this creates our reality as opposed to an original intent begetting results, let alone values. Oh, but I guess it does. But some just have a different ge oh me try.

StandUp
This is a wisecrack.
[Actually I did not have the link in mind when I started this post, but unlike many I insert, I have read it completely. I had also previously been wondering why Paul Krugman does not have more influence. I think it is because he does not talk down to his readers, and if he does, the rest of his message is not understood. Not to continue some word play on the letter T, but timing is sometimes everything. Well, nothing is ever everything, but it is always a part of change and existence. So in this case, I suggest that another Key is Obama. Just like the Laugher Curve and one could say that it is more about location, (No Real Estate Pun), please read the above Paul Krugman column with timing, and location in mind. So...sides aside(Keynesian** is not Kenyan) keep in mind that change depends on both timing and location, not to mention that* in other areas***.

[Not to be a non-profit prophet, but what about the lameduck congress? And not just to pun, but what is the political calculus of the many bills pending from the House and chance for reconciliation.]
[And speaking of timing, Ed Schultz is not live, but he began his show saying you cannot build a party from the middle. Now by dropping his name I hope you have not tuned out, but I don't mean to agree with everything he says. He was saying this to both parties, or at least to me he was. Maybe he was saying it more to the Democrats, but it should be clear that whatever the Tea Party is, I doubt it is the middle, but it does depend on if you(we) are governing or running, and we should do the former.]

Generalization Warfare
[Posted 10-27-10]
and Characterizationalism.
Unmarketed forces.
What's Christopher Hedges' problem in this problematic read?
Class warfare? Liberal is not a class nor the answer.
VALUES ARE THE ANSWER and politics the process. Liberal as "object of public scorn"? Yes! But a word does not make an object, nor a class. Nor do they adequately describe the institutions of the church, press, academia or party.
Now... "low", "middle" and "upper class", may be a more proper use of terms, especially when it comes to labor, incomes or wealth and it is no more fair to blame the class as a whole. But it would seem that the middle-class bears the brunt of any blame if that is the game. Where were they when the so-called liberal class failed them? Satisfied with their progress and taking the liberals for granted, as well as the powers they thought they wielded. But warfare is not the right field of political correction.
[It may have been just over my head, but it seems a cheap shot at Chomsky.]
